Do you remember about reducing KICK transaction fees to 5%? So, in this regard we hold KICK token burning contest. For just one week, from October 4–18, you have a chance to get x5, x4, or x3 of the amount of KICK tokens burned.
The results of the top participants will be displayed on the contest page.
What about the details?
Contest conditions
- Burn! You need to burn as many KICK tokens as possible. Remember that fees on KICK transactions are now 5%, 2.5% of which goes to staking, and the other 2.5% to burning. The tokens burned during a KICK transaction count towards the contestant’s score.
For example: John sent himself 100, 200, 1000 KICK in three different transactions during the contest. From the first transaction 2.5 KICK was credited, from the second — 5 KICK, from the third — 25 KICK. In total, there will be 32.5 KICK according to John’s wallet in the leaderboard. Let’s suppose that this was the maximum number of tokens burned during the whole contest. Then John wins and receives a reward to his wallet of 5 * 32.5 that is to say 162.5 KICK. Congratulations, John!
- Don’t share :) Only KICK token transactions sent by the participant to himself/herself across the entire blockchain are taken into account. That is the sender and recipient addresses must match.
- Go back! The whole period of the contest you are doing transactions and the amount of burned KICK tokens is credited to the participant of our contest. This means that the winner will be the participant (wallet) with the maximum amount of burned KICK tokens during the contest period.

October 4, 2021, 12:00 pm — October 18, 2021, 12:00 pm (UTC)
What will the winners get?
1st place: х5 of the burned amount, but not more than 1,000,000 KICK;
2nd place: х4 of the burned amount, but not more than 750,000 KICK;
3rd place: х3 of the burned amount, but not more than 500,000 KICK.
All awards will be credited within a week after the end of the contest to the winners’ wallets.
What should those who don’t have KICK tokens do?
It’s very simple!
