Warning! Fraudsters sell fake KICK tokens on Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
We have discovered four phishing copies of KICK
Dear KickEX users! Today we discovered that there are KICK tokens being sold on Binance Smart Chain platform that were not created by our company. So far, we have discovered four phishing copies of KICK token that have no relationships with KickEX exchange and Kick Ecosystem in general. Note that anyone can create their own token and name it whatever they want, whether in Ethereum blockchain, BSC or some other. Be vigilant and always check tokens to see if they are official or not!
Our security team has already emailed the platform administration and we hope that the problem will be solved quickly, or that these tokens will be marked somehow like Etherscan does. If you have become a victim of fraudsters, please promptly contact the administration of Binance Smart Chain platform. For our part, we are not responsible for the actions of fraudsters, but we will be grateful if you report such cases of fraud to us.
How to identify a genuine KICK token
To determine the authenticity of a KICK token, use https://etherscan.io/, the real address of the official KICK token: https://etherscan.io/token/0xc12d1c73ee7dc3615ba4e37e4abfdbddfa38907e, but after July 1, 2021, the address will change along with the token change. We will definitely notify all users when this happens.
Official tokens have a verification checkbox in most cases:
You can check token validity on Coinmarketcap, and find the contract address of the token there:
